Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) for a store credit, as we do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing. Our returns window is 30 days from the date your order was placed.

Store credits are valid for 12 months and can be used on any item available on our website at checkout. Once issued, store credits are non-refundable.

Items may only be returned if they are in 100% original condition, with all tags attached. This means the item must be unworn, unwashed, and free from make‑up, fake tan, or any other marks.

Customers are responsible for covering the postage cost when sending items back to us.

Sale items are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged unless the product is defective or faulty.

We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service for all returns to ensure they arrive safely. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return parcels.

Items that do not meet the above conditions under our returns policy will not be accepted, and customers will be notified.
